i like it. its a little on the tall side but still looks sweet. mudd dogs are far less popular a tire than rockers because rockers kick ***. personally id go with a rocker

look forward to seeing the finished product. keep up the good work

iv decided to go with 38.5x14.5 tsl sx's. from what iv been reading, the only better mud tire is a bogger.

thank you! its very much appreciated!

tires are coming when i feel like spending the money. ill have to buy gears at the same time. i could order them right now if i wanted, but i dont see the point in spending $2000 on them when the trucks not done yet. ill probably get them may-june

i know your lookin around the 38" size, but check out the 40" tsl if your looking for a mud tire... my buddy had them on his truggy and, damn. walked all over the damn place so so so much traction it was rediculous!

Im sellin a set of 38.5x15x15 Boggers for 900 o.b.o. I posted them in the for sale section if you want to check em out. One tire has some cuts on it from the previous owner rubbing the fender.

poor dana 44.. i wouldnt even get tires yet, and if you do, not in a 15" rim cause when you upgrade to d60 they wont fit you will have to grind the caliper..**** that

40's are too big for my setup.

to me, its not worth buying. its a good price, but with the price of shipping it would cost me almost as much as i can get 4 new tsl sx's for.

im not too worried about the 44. iv seen these take way more abuse then my little 4.0 can give it. i already have 15" rims. they came with my 33's when i bought them for my ranger. and when i got d60, ill be getting bigger tires.

from what iv been reading, the sx is one of the strongest tires you can get. its about a 50/50 vote between the rocker and sx for sidewall strength.

oh yea? I highly doubt it.. I destroyed mine.

Unless its strictly mud, then it might be ok.. but I still wouldn't even run something bigger than a 35 on a D44.

ide say with stock shafts, stubs and weak ujoints yes, but if you spend a lil money on it and your mind be mindful, 38 pitbulls and sx are a tall order tho, a mud terrain 37 would probly hold up alight

i know there are people out there that have broken them, but what were you doing right before it broke? and yes strictly mud. if these axles are as week as everyone thinks they are, then why would ford put them under f250's?

well its just about done. took it out to the back parking lot of the school to play around a little on this little dirt mound. couldnt do much with no 4x4. plus 3.55 and 33's arent a good mix. so heres a few pictures. nothing impressive.

i didnt think it was too bad either. thank you! i wasnt going to buy these shocks either, but orw was having a sale and i figured might as well do it right and spend the extra. i was able to save in some areas so it made it easier. plus i took a loan out through my parents business. no interest and i get to wait until im out of school to pay it off! that covered half of it.
