Hey guys n gals,
Been working on my 95 ranger for some time now. I started the first of three "major" projects I'm doing on this little truck. I started to do the exterior update. I have both mirrors changed to those off of a 2006 and installed a set of fender flares on the box. Next I'm buying the new front bumper from a 2003 ranger edge. I can't wait to get the front end all swapped over but I'm not sure what year I should go for headlights/hood. I kind of like the 2010 grill. Any suggestions?????

 

i'd go with the powerdome hood.

 

Anyone know how hard the rad support is to change, the 2 frame to support bolts are new so those are easy, what else is needed. Grinding spot welds????

 

I didnt have to change mine but i did have to change my hood release and headlight brackets my truck is a 1995 cab and bed with a 2008 front end looks good but im going to change to the foglight valance

How long did it take you to modify the hood latch? And did you need to modify the fenders to bolt onto that support????


Also your truck looks sweet, I can only hope mine looks that good when I'm done

 

Hey guys.....serious help needed....I bought the power dome hood...fits nice except I need to do something about the hood latch support....it hits the latch bar on the hood. Should I go to the jy and remove everything I need from the truck there and weld it in place????? Next question the bumper change. What's the easiest way to make the two different brackets into one bracket I'm kind of lost on this now:(

 

Got the front end almost all changed over. Now I just have to weld the newer frame to bumper support on and then the front end is all changed. I also added the explorer overhead console and the auto head light/ auto dim mirror
