hopefully we won't have that color much longer. The yellow outside and salmon inside just arent my thing. And yes...party house. When are you coming down?

-Sound system...oooh ya
-Demo'd the main and master bathrooms
-I cut down some bushes in the front yard but didn't take pics
-New stove/microwave/dishwasher
-Ceiling fans ready to get installed

Also saw the subfloor damage we knew we had, not as bad as I thought but still needs replacing.

Alon, rumor has it you're having the 2009 National R-F meet at your place, is that true? Free beer, burgers, and babes? Just what a little birdie told me...

If everyone comes down for a national meet, I'll buy the beer...cook the burgers and see what I can do about the babes.

And if anyone wants to travel some distance for a so cal meet, you're more than welcome to spend the night

Bathrooms have finished the demo portion, master shower has been framed, tub installed in main bathroom. Kitchen counters removed and floor has been prepped for tile.

No pics for this update. Kevin and I did alot of electrical work and realized its needs more than we had thought.

Also played our first games of beer pong last night and thanks to josh, mike, kevin and ashley... we had our first slumber party too.

Here are some pics, kevin and I got the fridge plug installed, he put in the new outlet on the counter and put up a new porch light.

Shower was hot mopped today, tomorrow they will jack up the floor/walls that sank about an inch, start mudding the walls for tile and i think they will start some work on the kitchen cabinets.

I also picked up the tile for the bathrooms today, my truck is sagging just a bit... and thats with chevy 1500 springs, hehe.

One bathroom is done with the tile as of today, the master bathroom will be tiled early next week. Crown molding and baseboards were installed and the bathroom vanity was test fitted. This next week should be very busy...and I mean VERY busy.

Tub is tiled and ready to go...almost. Vanity is dry fitted and they started tile in the shower.

Windows go in saturday, bathrooms should be done by the end of the week, hardwood starts first of next week and electrical will happen thursday and friday.
