Whew D. that was a killer set of beads dude. What kind of rims are you planning on using? Most guys that I know that can weld very very well have been doing it for years and years, and yet you just take a few lessons and have beads looking like those guys that I mentioned earlier. Nice job man. Now if you can learn how to do Tig welding you'll be in extreme demand. Not too many guys can do tig welding and others are too intimidated to even try.

Lookn good man! I wish I could drive up there and see it in person! Always amazing what guys can do with tools and a second daily driver. I dont think my truck would ever be driveable if I had another car to scoot around in.

Awesome work man!

ummm, what is going on next weekend (april 19th)? i may be able to swing out there in the morning time (10 or so) and pick it up, or if you need it gone before then give it to shawna and i can scoop it from her when she is at work, if that is ok with her.

Hi D. Looks like your project is coming along fine. Here's a web link you might be extremely interested in: www.usbody.com . What did you think of that bead blaster? pretty kool tool aint it. The after effect of using it is terrible though.

D, could you PM me the info on your dent puller? That's the sort of thing I could use for the myriad of dents my Bronco has :(

It was a downpour most of the day here so I couldn't work outside :( So.. I worked in the garage/shop.

I've also decided to go with Dupont Imron paint. I picked up the primer and the ' activator ' for it today. It was 60$ ( for both ). Gives a full quart ( shouldn't need more then that to do a whole truck.

Their looking into the color charts to mix the color I want for final paint. :) . Everyone keeps saying to keep it all SonicBlue, but I'm sick of that color

Pics from dent pulling..

This thing is going to be clean enough to eat off of by the time I'm done.
Kool. What color are you going to paint it? I am going with House of Kolor Kandy's. Cobalt blue base coat with a high metal flake, with a Kandied Black topcoat myself. My hat is off to you man. Dupont does have some killer paint. And I know what you mean about looking at the same color deal myself. After so long it gets boring, bland, plain to you. I'm the same way myself.
