looks nice, what did you do for the sides of the actual gate where the pin goes through?

yeah! here you go!

im useing the manual but they also make a hydrolic version which is well worth the extra green

dergee indicator and handle are included, stand and die sets are sold separately.

this is off the sit just under the pic of the bender.

that part there, mainly the red caps?

i want to build myself a tiregate, but can't quite figure out what to use for hinges/latches, i actually really like your setup that you have...

what are all the holes in the square tube for?
and where does it mount to, the stock tailgate latches, anywhere else? i like the ideas of brackets for the gate rather then a whole frame for mounting the gate

those hols bolt where the stock brackets use to be

dude that roof rack is sick. are going to put 5 lights in it?

for the gate, did you buy that spring and pin thing, thats held in by the set screw (if so where?), or somehow make it? Sorry, i just haven't been able to have much luck choosing hinges for my gate but your setup is perfect. keep the projects coming haha

i made it like the top pin but i just used a bolt and a washer like this:

and yes there are going to be 5 lights 2 hids and 3 driving/normal fogs

i like how you strengthened the roof rack with that upper bar that extends to the rear of the bed. I bet that added a lot of strength.

thanks guys and yes it did add a lot of rigidity to the rack so much that i can stand on it and it doesn't evan give
