Will Look really good man, But Gotta Gotta GOTTA! do some different rims lol! :) to match the new look and if it was me I'd loose the step bars but thats just me!
classic 2's or some black rims of the same sort would REALLY make that truck stand out!

Thanks!! The rims that are on there now are my winter rims and soon to go! I have the classic II's right now, but I am selling them and shopping around for some different ones.

No problem! I'll be getting some kind of truck soon. I have a buddy with a 1980's S10 extended cab 4x4 for 400 bucks that needs an oil line fixed, no biggie and it's cheap. Hopefully I can still hang out with the cool kids lol.

Stopped by the body shop today, showing progress, more trimming needs to be done though!

Thanks man! Well.....its a miscalculation on my dumbass. When I was planning it, Parts I ordered I figured 800-1,000.00 for it with paint. I didnt think of needing a bumper reinforcement, isolators, bumper fillers and the 04 fogs I had, needed different brackets for the 06+ front end, and the junkyard I went to for the grille.....had the wrong one lol!!!! So after the hood is trimmed, and all the parts I forgot about and the wrong one from the yard, I am looking at 2k, if not more because I am a dumbass lol

You and me both! The visor took me forever to find! I got it on ebay since Lund stopped making them. The one I got is the Solar visor (no lights), I wanted one with lights called the Lunar visor but I couldnt find one. It took me about 2 years to find it, the first 1 I sold when I needed money, this one I found dirt cheap, bought it and it sat for about 6 months before it went on

lol holy cow.. I guess not many people like them. I personally think it makes the truck look agressive...but opinions are opinions. Blah... Sounds like its going to continue to be an annoying search for me lol

I agree, definitly looks aggressive to me too! I was just going over the numbers again to see the cost, for the whole front end clip with paint, just over 1k with the paint done by a body shop. That is all NEW parts, but the cost of the hood trimming is not added, I have to wait to see how much it will be when its done

when its done, get a good lowprofile bug/stone guard and it hides the gap between the hood and the grille. I hated that about my Ranger. Truck looks good Clinton, 06+ is probably my favorite front ends on rangers. If only they had filled in the middle portion of the grille with the same honeycomb as the sides of it

Thanks, I always liked the 06+ look as well. I saw some things on ebay to fill in the rear of the grille, but maybe in time I will get them. I have yet to actually take it out driving since I did the install

from the factory they came with a little rubber thing that covers the gap. idk the PN or anything though.

looks like your truck creamed itself with all that white dust on it. must of seen its reflection off of a chrome bumper at the body shop
