KLC's 2008 Ranger Build

Alot has changed with my Ranger since the last uploaded pictures so I thought a project log was in order.

Here's a breakdown of what has/will been done:

4" Superlift
Coilover Conversion Hardware w/ Support Bars
Fox Coilovers w/ Hypercoils (Front)
6" Softride Skyjacker Leaf Springs
Fox Reservoir Shocks (Rear)
16" Buckshots w/ 33" Mickey Thompson MTZ's
Yukon 4.56's
Aussie Locker (Front)
Moog (All balljoints, tie-rod ends, upper arms)
Superlift Drive Shaft
3GD Sport Rotors and Greenstuff Pads (not yet installed)
Stainless Brake Lines
Limit Straps w/ Adjustable Clevis and Custom Mounts
08XLT4x4 Sway Bar Links
BakFlip HD Tonneau
Pop Lock
Infiniti FX Projectors w/ Bi-Xenon 4300K HID's (not yet installed)
Front Hidden Hitch w/ Custom Clevis
Switched over to Royal Purple
Painted Frame with Por-15
Took off Step-Bars and Mud-flaps

I don't think I'm forgetting anything.

Here's a progress picture:

I should be completely finished within a few days (need to get alignment, etc.) and will get finished pictures next weekend at a meet.

Edited to add on 11/25/09:

Here's a few more progress pictures. I still need to level the front with the rear (sits two or three inches lower in front), touch-up the POR-15 in a few areas, get an alignment, and most of all a good wash and fresh wax. I will add full vehicle shots this coming weekend once I get everything finished and detailed.

I just came in and it was dark when I took that picture so that's all I really have right now. I took two more, but they are basically the same as the one I posted. I'll get some more tomorrow.

I hate you and your teasers. Sounds like you've spent quite a bit of money on it so far.

There's not much more to see at the moment since I'm not finished. If I would have realized how much money this project was going to take I probably would have never started it.

It might have cost you a lot but in the end you'll step back and be damn glad you did it.

I'll definitely get some tomorrow.

At least now I have something to show. I got most everything finished up today. Just need to install the new driveshaft, touch up the frame where I ground off the paint, adjust the coilovers to level, install the rear shocks, and get an alignment. Almost there!

You're right, I am. I have not forgot, it's just too dark by the time I get home from work. I will get some soon though. I have a long weekend coming up so I will have some by Friday at the latest.

Looks great!!

You may wanna take up some of the slack in those brake lines. Looks like they could get snagged on something.

...and please take those rims back! lol

There is a little bit of dust on some of the brackets, I need to clean it off.

On a serious note, yes, it does. Pressure washers work wonders. Not to mention, most everything is freshly painted and/or brand new.
