You should move the tun signals to the ranger location and then mount fog lights in the old turn signal holes. That would complete the front IMO.

john those lower lights are just markers, the corners blink. But I'm going to wire in the ranger ones with the corners and basically do the turn signal mod so they blink alt. when the lights are on. But yeah fogs down there is a good idea might do that too.

thanks guys! going to be a nice summer ride

i think the corners would look fine if you just cleaned the lenses up and made them more clear IMO

Hah yeah Chris I wish I had that problem. I have like 5 months that just sucks for anything you want to do without heaters or tons of clothes

that driverside is a brand new one, so thats is clear as they get. I wish they were the same kind of clear but oh well.

little update. got some tires for the rims and got them mounted. I have to replace the driver front wheel bearing and then I will more than likely start driving it to work etc. On days when it snows alot I will still take the ranger. but come spring I will be tearing it down.

I'll get some pics up tomorrow or friday with them on the truck, If I can get home before dark. otherwise I'll have to Saturday.

picked up some 225/40/18 Toyo proxe 4's real cheap.

19 and still looking good...

Was the B2200 a sister to the Ranger back then? I know they shared a engine and trans. I wasn't into pick up trucks back then. When did they( Ford/Mazda) start sharing body panels as well as platforms?

I hope the part search doesn't get you down. I got a 89 GT Mustang convertible thats getting close to done with the "had too's" now its the "maybe's" I'll deal with later.

Good Luck with her, and keep her out of the bars till she is 25...LOL

parts aren't too bad, there are alot of these year trucks around me actually. There are also quite a few guys from the mazdabscene.com forum in MN to talk with and share tech tips. so that makes things nice. Just have to keep myself away from wanting to throw money into bagn it now haha. I already need a c-notch with the static drop it has. Its actually resting frame in the pics in the rear with the snow in the back. without the snow its only got about an 1-1/2" travel before it hits. I have to either do a small c-notch or stick a leaf back in and/or put the 2" block back in instead of the 3"

Yeah, I need to keep this a nice mpg daily for a while till I can afford a new f-150 or something a little later on. Then if its still in nice shape I would like to motor swap somthing into it. either a nice v8, or a sr20 turbo motor. I would even possible like to turn it into a drift truck and go race with my buddy here and there. get some nice suspesion under it for that as well.

94 was the first year that mazda trucks were basically rebadged rangers

another interesting deal is the old ford couriers are actually rebaged mazda trucks

they have always had a deal going but 83 - 93 mazda was mazda and fords were fords.
