Those look way better than they do in the picture! (The ebay picture that is) Usually its other way around.

You ought to send those to the ebay seller so he has an actual picture of them on the truck.

I love how some sellers photochop headlights onto the car instead, sometimes the wrong car... Lol.

any day pics yet?

Can they be raised up any? My headlamps have a hell of a gap underneath them so maybe some adjustment can split the difference between the cap there and the hood.

Better pictures of the gap. There is no plastic piece that covers it except out where the marker light used to be.

I like the truck, and think it looks great, except for those headlights.

DUDE i like it!! a lil bigger gap than i'd like but i'd still rock them!!

DING!! IDEA!!! you can take some BLACK weather striping like thats one the bottom front of the hood and set it recessed a lil over the heads and just run it all the way across....hmmmmm might actually look pretty good and if it doesn't float your boat you can take it right off and your only out about $10 bucks or less!!

Yeah... sort of. I'll snap some full pictures today. I want to lower the front a bit more, but have just been too lazy to get under the truck and adjust the T-Bars (plus that means I need an aligment). I'll post up late tonight (gotta work all day, then work out and put the new computer together).

Did you HAVE to replace the shocks? I'm about to pull my rear blocks, and I could throw some 2wd shocks on for the time being, but I'd rather not if I can avoid it.

If I may, since you are making a full time street truck out of it, have you considered swapping in the Exploder AWD t-case? That would make it sick on pavement!

Keep it up, its a good start. I think it needs about another 1" of drop to set right, but then again, I like 'em slammed.

That pic was for Jeweler's request. I missed yours. I'll see if I can snap some today.

I didn't replace the rear shocks. They seem to be fine to me and it still rides pretty well. If anything it's better then it was with the blocks.

Xploder AWD T-case would be interesting. I'll have to look into that.

As for the drop, I agree, but I don't know how I'm going to get much more drop out of it. The rear the only thing I have left would be modify the shackles or do leaf under swap, but that would net me way too much drop as the front will require major modification to get any drop with the 4WD. I've been playing with some ideas, but nothing is even close to coming to fruition yet.

I'm digging the lights. They look pretty sweet when the halos are on. Only thing that bothers me is the gap and I'm looking into finding a small piece of plastic or weather stripping to fill it (like was already mentioned).

Thanks man. Hopefully I can get the disc brakes out back some day and fill up the "gap" a little more.

Ok, I was led to believe (by RPS) that 4wd shocks would be to long to work without the block, but I didn't see how 2.5" lower would be too much.

Loving to truck so far.

Hey Matt just a thought. If you want to go lower snag you some of the 08+ keys for the tbars. It'll have you sitting about what an xlt is, but you could lower them a bit more with a slight tbar uncrank.

Truck is looking good!

I could do that. I've really been thinking about trying to do a coilover conversion though. Might be a bit more, but all and all, it'll probably be worth it since I wouldn't have to mess with the T-Bars anymore.

Either way though, the only project I'm going to be doing on this truck for awhile will be to fill up the holes and re-paint it.

I've gotta get to work on my SAS. It's been sitting too long!
