Ok, I'm sure some of you have either seen it on another forum, or on TV, but when someone does something stupid and you get a good picture of them looking stupid, you give them the cowbell award... I know we don't have many trucks rolled on here, (well except one...) but if someone does on NWFL4x4.com we give them the cowbell award...

hah. my off road club at school has this. except we really have a bell that goes on your rig. and we also have a skirt that goes to whoever buys a daily driver.

 

I think this is a good idea but are you going to use it for rollovers or stupid posts? Who is going to decide who deserves the cowbell? If you want to put it in the avatar, your going to need a moderator to get on board with this.

I loved that skit with the cowbell on SNL...wasn't christopher walken the guest host? "We need more cowbell!"

Well, the club I'm talking about has a forum with less than 100 members (maybe 20 really active), and it is a local thing, so when we go out and someone does someting stupid and flips their rig, we give them the cowbell award, and they are supposed to have one on their rig, but nobody can find one for sale here in the woods, imagine that.

I was just suggesting it, cause it popped up in my mind. Plus, there aren't too many people who are real hardcore offroaders on here. One example of the cowbell award, would be Griggs getting burried in the mulch... Stuff like that.
