Diagnose Battery Light
It was cold this morning. It was cranking strong than poof. cranked again it started up. Went to a store 6 miles away, so it was warmed up. Came out started right up. Does that sound like it was flooded and once the gas cleared out it starts? Trying to pinpoint every scenario because of the lean condition. I never touched the gas pedal, just cranked it I never checked the r134 and its not jumping anymore. Which is good but I would rather know why!

Sounds like a vacuum leak (like RonD mentioned above), check the intake for leaks too. Are all the intake bolts tight? That could cause some driveability issues. Do this before messing with the sensors. Are they OE?
Part Brands
The IAC valve is STANDARD (BWD) DPFE- Im not sure came in a white box and just said what it replaces. The fuel pressure regulator was a cheapee on Amazon. The upstream O2 sensor Bosch. Fuel filter Im not sure. Coil motorcraft plugs I believe are motorcraft # plug that it says under the hood.Motorcraft wires.
I don't think an aftermarket IAC is a good choice. I try to stick with Motorcraft.
I've used Bosch O2 sensors in other vehicles but they can be funny too. I'd recommend you never put one in a MOPAR! Not sure about Ford.

What sensors would you recomend. They seem to be working according to the scanner. I checked the price of the Motorcraft IAC valve 106.79.
I'd stick with Motorcraft. I figure that if the OE IAC and O2 sensors on mine lasted 183k then I'll replace them with the recommended part.
Yeah, a friend of mine always said "if you're gonna work on a Ford you better bring your checkbook". Motorcraft parts have always been expensive but to me they're worth it.
