Thats pretty nice having that option. I actually love the darker layout though... pretty pleasing to the eyes.

 

Yeah, I like the darker one too. I'm a mole; I'd almost wear sunglasses inside...

 

I would like the darker one if the color wasn't everywhere. Dark blue is alright, but it's too much.

 

That doesn't change the style, just the colors. The avatars still apear ABOVE the posts, not next to them..

 

Tilt your head sideways! then it's beside the post. That's what I do!

 

Actually, they were bitching about the colors..

If thier bitching about avatars, those can be turned off in options..

 

Oh, pardon me. I though you were at least partly addressing me when you made this post. I can't speak to the color issues as I was talking about the layout, which I've seen others express distaste for too.

Personally I'm a fan of the more traditional layout, a-la ORR and other sites. And when asked, I thought I'd offer my opinion as such. Clearly it isn't enough for me to stop posting or visiting the site or anything. I just find the old layout more efficient.

In the end it ain't my call, it's Chrisitan's. He pays the bills, runs the site, and is in charge. But that won't stop me from expressing my opinion.

I love the new format. Sure change is scary, but I think Leo's, TReff's, Christians, and Johns (and everybody with similair avatars) look pretty cool....
