Not sure about the "new thread" button.

The edit button will dissapear for contributors after 45 days. 7 days for regular members.

I wonder if there is a connection to the problems I have been having.

My User CP won't show recently updated threads until I click on show all subscribed, it's very odd. The CP sometimes won't show thread I subscribed too at all.

Me and Zach were trying to figure it out, but he was stumped

I spoke with KLC. He said that there was some kind of change made about the viewed threads dissapearing.
I wonder if any of it is connected.

The other night, I logged on to find out that every single one of my subscribed threads had been marked un-read and "bumped" in my user cp.

And yeah, its after 45 days of the post being made that you can edit it.

I also had this User CP thing. Furthermore, ever since then its been showing me all subscribed threads 24/7. whether or not there is anything new in them.

it was a new thread that my edit button disappeared, i'm well aware of the 45day bs too though. the site was running really slow too when everything was messed up so it must have been an update or back-up going on
