Adam, are you a firefighter in Boulder?

I am a volunteer at Boulder Rural.

CUBoulderRanger 10-19-2009 08:29 PM

no im not, im working on becoming one after i graduate next winter. im signed up for my EMT-B cert classes for this spring and then after college ill be ready to test, but id like to volunteer for a bit first. my friend is FF for BRFD though, his name is Matt Werner.

Lord Of War 10-19-2009 08:41 PM

HAHA, thats crazy. I know Matt. If you ever decide to put on a BL there are a few guys on this forum that would give you a hand.

just so you know man 90% of this web sit is 98+ trucks thats why its hard to find stuff for the 97 and down trucks. im not trying to take away from this site but the ranger station has more 97 and older trucks. but i like the community here better

if you have a question best is to ask it if you cant find it. i dont think any of us want a ton of sections on the forum

CUBoulderRanger 10-19-2009 08:46 PM

small world! yeah being a FF is my life goal so im working hard to accomplish it. thanks for the help invite but with both my grandpa and my dad being master mechaincs and growing up in a household like that, ill just take it home to our detached garage and do work. mayb ill contact you later about your VFF job, BRFD interests me after school, figure it'd be a good start

Lord Of War 10-19-2009 08:47 PM

Right on man.

You up for any meet and greets?

I'm glad there's 2 of us! I'm currently training to become a Firefighter/EMT.

Yeah....if you can't find what you're looking for, just post up a new thread. While we could add Gen sections, your inquiry would fit into any of the existing sections.

Welcome to RF!
