I had my profile set so the background was white when I viewed the forums I woke up today and go to the forum and its blue now and I have no logged out or anything in a while and now its dark blue? Did someone change it and how do I change it back to seeing it in white? I cant figure it out and I feel so dumb because I cant?

 

maybe that was something that had to go, or at least temporary.

It was at the bottom of the screen, but now its gone. Unless someone else finds it, im guessing that the ability to switch was taken away.

Yea Im with mark, I highly dislike the colored backround.

 

i dont even know how the white looks lol.. only turned it on once and changed it in like 20 sec lol

 

ive never changed it, i was too lazy, i dont even know what the other ones looked like...

Have to agree this dark blue crap sucks and not a single MOD or Admin has replied or let us know whats going on, not to mention the site is slow as hell. Things don't work, can't login half the time and is not saving logins. WTF gives? Is RF closing down?

Yep. Because the white background option isn't working right now and one of the administrators can't be hovering over the forum to answer every question immediately, R-F is closing its doors forever. I know it is free and all, but it is just unacceptable and probably best we shut the site down for good. Children, jobs, school, no excuse for this atrocity!

No, you weren't "just asking". Mark for example was just asking and that was perfectly acceptable and understandable. You on the other hand were sarcastically complaining about it. There is a big difference. If you don't want a smart-*** sarcastic answer, don't ask a rude and sarcastic question. Debate over.

Anyway, as soon C or Skot have an answer to this, I'm sure they'll give you all an update. In the meantime, if I can find one of them on AIM or something, I'll see what I can find out as well. Hang in there guys. Something was bound to not work perfect and I guess this is it. All things considered, we're doing pretty darn good if thats the only thing not working right. Stay tuned.

 

i have been trying to iron the kinks out of the new software with our old styles...

i haven't had much time to edit the site lately.

there will be a light background available soon! i had to delete the old one.

also, the homepage will be back and hopefully i will have a way to bring active topics back, also...

 

p.s. - i had to delete the white style, because it was not compatible at all with our current version.
