i would like to propose the idea of having something on the post new thread page. This would be something that would have a hotlink to the search button, maybe a built in search button. and before your post to add on the forum there should be a button that said did you search first? or something of that nature...

 

 

i understand what you wanna do, but why not just write out that you did search?

but do ppl actually use it. maybe if they had to use it b4 they posted... instead of saying yeah i searched.. just press yes i searched or w/e... idk i guess it was a bad idea...

 

People wouldn't use it anyway, they would just click yes and post it. Sucks but its true.
