How do you become a stage II member is there a certain amount of time you have to be a stage I member? please reply back.

When you hit a specific # of posts you get Stage II, III, IV, etc etc. Nothing is different tho, you dont get new special powers or options.

Its just a tagline. As you can see by contributing you get to make your own
