started off the week good not ne more

I sent a private message and it shows in the outbox but not in my sent box. Does this mean it hasn't been sent? If not how do I send it?

I'm a bit rusty on this, but if I remember correctly, it means that it hasn't been read yet. THey're sent instantaneously, however.
