What is the possibility for a regional section on this site. An area where ppl from certain areas of the country and discuss offtopic issues that more pertain to there local areas.

Reasoning I ask is because this site is somewhat hard for me to follow. As you may already know, I live in Southern Califonia and the trucking style here is alittle different from the East Coast or even Central USA. So therefor, trying to follow some of these threads here are difficult.
