Can someone explain to me how to do it? its probably really easy but i cant figure it out

click the "user CP" link above and to the left, then "edit avatar" under settings and options.

The avatar you upload needs to be 100x100 pixels so if you dont know how to do that I recommend you post the picture here you want to be your avatar and we can make it the correct size for ya.
