on other forums i'm on, theres a feature where you can "like" or "thank" for any given post in a thread

i think that would be a cool addition to the forum..

 

Can we replace "thanks" with "hugs"?? I figure if we're all tryin to be a buncha nancy girls we better go all out.

but in all seriousness, i think it would be pretty sweet. shows a small contribution to a thread, but you don't have to go all out and post. for us lazy folk of course. or when someone wrecks their **** you can thank them for that. if they had an ugly truck or something cough downey cough cough

 

See thats the reason we probably won't have, it would be abused.

I've seen it on a lot of other forums but don't really see the point. I haven't really seen a need for it personally.

If you wouldn't mind explaining a bit more why you think it would be a good idea go for it though, the staff is always up to suggestions on how the site can be improved.

 

Yeah I think its stupid, it would just make peoples ego bigger IMO.
