Icon13 4WheelParts is a bunch of lying sacks of crap!

Feb. 4th I call them up and order a set of Fabtech 3.5" lift spindles. I'm told they will be here in 2weeks.

After I weeks I notice my online order status has not changed. I call them up and ask what's up. they told me they would not be in their warehouse in CA until Feb. 21-22. Irritated, but tolerable.

I called to day to check on the status and they told me that they would not be in until March 9th. then 2 weeks for shipping.

I called another number today and they told me a different story. They can't even keep their stories straight.

Bull freakin crap!
I am so tired of getting the freakin run around and being lied to by these people. So now my tires still rub like a mother and I can't turn my wheels all the way and I will not be lifted for another month and a half at least.

4WheelParts SUCKS
This is not my first problem with them either.

I support 4wp still, even put one of their stickers on my truck. I only go to the store itself though since it's not far from me, never ordered online. Whenever I order stuff from the store it gets there in less than a week and I never have any issues, usually hang out and talk a little too.

they gave me pretty much the same runaround with my wheels/tires. they charged me twice for my wheels and tires, so it was about $2,050 instead of about $1,025, eventually got it situated about a week later

Ive ordered from them twice, and both times Ive had trouble. I WONT be ordering from them again!

I cant stand the place. Long story short, I tried to get those clowns to install my superlift (thank god I ended up doing it myself). Anyway, over the phone they told me $500. It took about 50 questions to come up with the "estimate" too. The idiot on the phone was asking stupid **** like the GVW, tire size, wheel size, transmission, basically everything about my truck which had nothing to do with installing a lift a kit.

Next day, i went in to the shop, they took one look at my truck and then the price magically went up to $900! I couldnt beleive it. I was OK with $500 cause I didnt know any better at the time. After doing it, Theres no way $500 is even a fair price. I was kinda pissed cause I drove like an hour to get there. I was also pissed at the incompetence of the employees over the phone and in person. one guy was trying to tell me that they had to charge more partly because the Superlift kit said it was for 1998-2004 Rangers. BS.

I think some source greater than human doesn't want you to lift your truck, Mike. First the problem with the Doetsch (Springtech) spindles and now this.

Hopefully it gets figured out.

Cancel your order and call around to some other shops, or call around find a shop that CAN GET THEM ASAP, then cancel that's outrageous....

It gets better. I called today to cancel my order and get my money back, what a headache. It took talking to 4 people and 4 phone calls before I got to the guy that told me the guy that could help me was not in.

The dude I talked to told me to leave a message. I said I don't like to do that because I never get anywhere leaving messages. He said that I would definitely get a phone call returned because their 'commander' makes sure they call people back. So I left a message with my name, number, and order number what I wanted and said I looked forward to hearing from him shortly.

Several hours later, no phone call, surprise, surprise. So I called back and told the guy that answered I need to cancel my order and gave him the order number. He told me the order had been canceled and I would get my money back in 3 business days.

Thanks a lot 4WheelParts. Again you have proven to be a bunch of worthless, nonprofessional liars. TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!

The problem isn't finding dealers. I called between 20-25 dealers across the country yesterday trying to find them. Everybody is out. Fabtech is on back order. So if they're not in stock, I'm SOL.

I'm still waiting for 4 wheels and tires to be shipped they were ordered 1/30. Talked to someone last Friday to cancel he assured me tires would be in on Monday and wheels on Wednesday. Per their order inquiry site wheels shipped to store tires who knows. Time to call and cancel once again.
