Supergildo.

Basically I will explain what happened in a very quick manner.

Novemberish: Gildo tells us on r-f he's going to make sliders. Zabeard and I and Andy want a set. We all sortof prepaid, because we thought we trusted Gildo.
December: sliders are not ready, "you guys are lucky these cost me more than you're being charged" says gildo.
January: "Not done yet, if you want a refund, I can do that". Andy (Ranger_interceptor) still wants his set, so I ask for my money refunded and tell him he can still make Andy's.
February-now: Basically you will tell me you will repay me then you ignore me. I am finally fed up with it.


Please repay me my money. I assume you hopefully check on this forum and will see this.

Oh, that sucks. Well I bet someone will point this out to him. He has Colorado forums also. It's really getting to me though, 300 dollars. I've talked to my parents and when I go home to Alaska this summer I will be stopping in Denver to take him to small claims court. I hope we solve this before then though.

Going to Co. will cost more then the money you hope to recoup.

I have a number as well. it may be the same one. from when i was supposed to take the trip to Colorado Springs and meet everyone.

 

Thanks Christian. For now I am sortof talking to Gildo though, and he hasn't been too offish, so I will give him a little time. I'll save that as a last option. Well, last before suing him.

 

I'm going to contact the guy who already called his dad, and see what he said.

I basically send Gildo messages on myspace that say "Hey, I know you get paid on the 20th, you're paying me back right after, right?" and he ignores responding. Pretty lame if you ask me.
