i was skeptical when i bought the short shifter ubwfuf had for sale but the price was decent and i couldnt find one anywhere near me. i paid him right away and he said he shipped the item... it took a while to reach me and when it did i was very excited. i was going to install it right away in my truck when i hit a snag. he did not ship the base mounting plate adapter and none of the gaskets for the assembly. i contacted him with my concerns and he basically blew me off. i have messaged him a couple times now for him to make this correction or give me some sort of refund but he will not answer any of my pm's.


i need to know where i can buy this adapter plate and hardware so i can install this beautiful shifter into my truck... or else it is just a waste of my time and money.

basically this guy only sent me the parts for the shifter from the gold base and up.i dont have the plate on the bottom of the assembly or the adapter plate and gaskets shown in the picture

 

I took care of it yesterday.

As far as the merchandise, get in contact with PayPal or your credit card company if you'd like your money back. There are always a few bad apples in the bunch.

 

You need the plate just below the gold part, but you dont need the adapter plate. All it is is a spacer. I do have the base plate, but if you have the cup holders around the shifter you dont need it. Just trim the boot and place the last layer under it.

You could probably get that bottom plate from summit racing. Do you have a picture of the shifter he got you?

 

Sucks about the bad deal, hopefully the "powers that be" took care of the situation permanently.

Thing is I almost bought some headlights from him back in Feb. his email he gave me the Name was Bwfufu Uhfheifehfi that was his email <ubwfufu@yahoo.com> He gave me the number in I sent him a text and gave him a call once to see if he was real. We talked a bit and he seemed alright but I was still having a red flag in my head. he also said that he was off at school and he would text me in about 2 weeks when he was home for break and never got a text. Glad I didnt send him money.
