What a great guy.....i am having problems with my a/c-EATC and he was going to Cincinnatti then to Illinois and he was willing to go out of his way to come by my house to help me figure out the problem.....

Too bad i have to go out of town tonight for work......luckly i got ahold of him before he started this way.......

i really appriaciate the help Bob.....you are the man! I sure hope to put a face to a name/voice sometime.....would be nice to meet you...
