wtf man... I took my truck to this place to get some tuning done on my amp and some other misc. things and the installer moved the box in my cab around. Well either he did it or it happened on the ride home but once i discovered it they were already closed but I'm going down there tomorrow and raising some hell

man this is such b.s. I went down and talked to the owner of cruisin concepts and he told me its $400 to send the sub in to get it resurfaced. and the best he can do is charge me $300. He said he isn't responsible for what happens to it when it leaves the shop. apparently he (the installer) moved the sub facing the pass door and the seat belt fastener punctured it so who's at fault? Is it me because it may have move around when i was driving? Or is it the installer for putting in a position were something could hit the sub?

i would go back there and raise some hell bro. wait till the place is busy and has a few people inside and start yelling at the guy. usually they will do anything to calm you down and not make them look bad in front of other customers.

It's the installers fault for moving it to where it can be punctured, but he does have a point about you leaving. I guess make sure to check everything before you got off the premises next time. Just take the best offer he gives you.
