Well so far I am not impressed at all.

I placed order on 12.15.08
They took money instantly.
12.18.08 - Emailed them - no response.
As of today 12.19.08 - No order update. No shipping update. - Emailed again - No response.

So basically I have ordered, they have been paid, and i have gotten no answers from them regarding where my HIDS are and they havent updated my order information since i placed the damn order. I say good prices.. poor customer service.

EDIT:

Called them too and it just rings for days. No answering machine or recording.. Just nothing. yay for me.

EDIT 2:

Okay so finally i got a live person.. My order wont SHIP!! until the TUESDAY after Christmas.. this sucks!!!

OHH and even though i got express shipping it doesnt speed up the date it gets shipped out just how long it takes to get to after they finally ship it. Thats bull.

I say VVME.com FTW.

My order has NOT been shipped. I PAID extra for express shipping! MY order status has NOT been UPDATED. They have already CHARGED me for the product. And its been 8 days NOW! This is ridiculous and company I will never use again and I may just cancel my order and file a claim with my credit card company.

I mean why would i pay for express shipping if they werent gonna ship it for two weeks. Oh and they said it probably wont ship until 12.30. I ordered the 16th.

 

lol it has been 4 days. communication is sparse when you are dealing with people who dont speak english(probably)

 

They are US vendor out of SD, CA.. I went with express shipping.

 

Call you're cc comapany and cancel it. Don't let them have your money for free like that.

I wouldn't go that far yet. For one they are an ebay company. It takes a while to get the ball rolling. I never got a response from the company I got mine from. It took about 7-10 days to get it. Your also forgetting that you ordered it a week and a half before christmas. That alone will probably add about a week extra on shipping. Just be patient.

 

I just don't have patients for that kind of crap. Atleast answer the phone or reply to the emails. Give me somthing. It took AJUSA 2days to take the money. They took it this morining and it just shipped this afternoon. I was gona call and email them 2day if nothing had happened

 

mine wont ship till the 30th and i ordered the 15th and paid extra for UPS express. WTF is the point of express orders if it still takes 2 weeks to ship?

 

i just want to know how good they work once you get them b4 i get mine i want to make sure they are good ones b4 i order mine from there

 

If they arent good i know another site thats really good with shipping and really good with customer service. vvme.com ftw.

Hmm... I just bought a kit from them as well (well I didn't buy it, I bought it with a friends account for the friends Lincoln...)

 

My friend had no problem at all. I wonder what's going on. Well I can say they never responded to an email that I sent them about a month ago.

Well maybe its cause he lives in CA and they are CA based? Or he got em at a good time or something i just think 2 weeks to ship something is ridiculous!!

Then its like what was the point of express shipp ohhh so i could have them FAST not 2 weeks later.

 

I would have them refund the extra shipping cost.

 

I am just going to cancel my order and go get em from VVME.com they are great to work with. Maybe in China but they actually wouldve been here by now.

 

funny how those people from Hong Kong will respond to e-mails where some folks from US won't even return a call or e-mail...

 

I've been through that before myself. SOMETIMES when you pay through pay-pal it sends it as a E-CHECK. Which sometimes may take a few days to post. Yes it comes outta your account immediately but there again may take a few days to post. ASLO remember it is close to christmas and the holiday's. I know its irratating and frustrating but have a lil more patience.

No joke.. those China people are even on MSN IM 24.7 answering questions.

Oh i called em and the service i got was just wrong and the BS answers to my questions. It just hasnt been good. I hate to say it but i doubt they are that busy that a set of lights takes over 15 days to ship..
