hey i made an order with them and so ffar im not impresed with their customer service nor there "quick processing and shipping" i had made the order last mon and havent recieved any sort of tracking # or emails saying that the items were out of stock etc.
so i emailed them and they said that one item is out of stock but the rest of the order was being shipped out that day this is on mon so i emailed them again today and same story nothing has been shipped
im not very happy with their service i only ordered from them cuz a member here recomended them
now after doin a lil research on the company seems like many people have the same problem wtf

I too just made an order with them for some stuff and found their shipping process to be quite slow. I made my oder on the 19th of this month and they just shipped yesterday. I won't get my order until next Monday, the 29th. I guess that is kind of normal, but I get used to places that seem to ship out the same or next day and it only takes 2-4 days to get from wherever to SW FL. I guess I am having a better experience than you are, but still not exactly rapid.

 

yea tell me about so now after more emails they have partially shipped my order after a week and a half and it only takes 2 days to ship from SO cal to NOR cal wtf bad service

 

oh and another thing when they reply to your emails with one or too words how professional not
i wouldnt recomend ordering from this company

 

They're slow but their prices can't be beat. If you want good service then you'll have to pay a little more.

 

i could have gotten the same price at onlinecarstereo.com but with only 30day warranty

 

I just checked my buddys website and their a little cheaper than Dealercoastcaraudio by about $10. Dont know what you ordered from them. But most of the stuff my friend sells is the cheapest ive ever seen.

 

i ordered a kenwood 12in sub 1000watt amp and a wiring kit
so far the amp and wires have been shipped out

 

At least you can install the amp and have the wired run ready for the sub/box. Min still says "In Transit - Rescheduled"

hey thats what mine sayss too supposedly gonna come tomorow tho and yea i got the box built so ill just run the wires and mount the amp that way when the sub does come it will only take a few minutes to hook up and install

you guys need to check out sonicelectronix.com , their warehouse used to be in my old valley so i could pick orders up, but after i moved i found their customer service with shipping to be great and prices always some of the lowest

well the order came today and they sent the wrong amp wtf!!!! and its not an equal value one its a $20 cheaper model wth they cant do that without notifying me so now i have to ship all of it back at my expense and probably cancle the order i WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS agin and i would reccomend them to any of you guys

so now that i have built my box to the specs for the sub i have to get the same sub so any suggestions on where else to order from so far i looked and onlinecarstereo has similar prices but they seem to have a bad customer service review but ill look at sonicelectronics and see

hmm well after talking to these people again they sent me the newer model year amp which was cheaper but same spec so they will be creditting me the difference but still waiting on the subwoofer
