DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

Ok so I just wasted $600 on a Diablosports Trinity T-1000. When I bought it I knew there was no tune available for my 99 Ford Ranger 4.0 but I thought it would read my codes and do every thing else it advertises, but it didn't even show my truck as a option in any way! I started reading on there web site and from what I can see they don't think there time would be worth doing anything for any Ford Ranger other than the 2007 to 2010 Rangers. So if your thinking about buying anything form Diablosports I would STAY AWAY FROM THEM ! I wont buy anything thing from them again if they think that its a waste of time to put out anything for one of the best selling small trucks ever!!!!!!

I found the web site and it was for a whole new tuner! I know Im going to end up buying a new tuner all I was saying is that the Diablosports tuner will never work with older Rangers.

So sell the devil and use it to offset the new one or simply return it to diablo

Thats my plan! I just wanted to let others know there is no support from Diablosports for the Ranger family. Well not the ones older than 07.

yeah, thats the deal with the ranger aft market. one of the most capable vehicles for offroad/mod-ability that was never capitalized on by the aft market community.

again if you plan on doing the tune route again I would do SCT Xcal3. Heard nothing but thumbs up form everyone.

Yeah it looks like its the best out there for the Ranger so that will be on my list as soon as I can get the other one sold.

If you spent the 5 minutes reading what it would work with you wouldn't be slamming the product.

They put out a great product I hate it when people bash someone else's product because they don't read the damn instructions.

So you wanted to pay $600 for a code reader? Maybe it's just me, but if something blatently says that it won't work, I'm pretty sure that it won't work.

Ok first I will say that Diablosports do have a great product! Second when I bought it I was told that It would read codes monitor engine performance on my truck. I know its my fault for trusting the seller and not reading more about the product before I bought it. When I posted this thread I was reacting to Diablosports telling me that the older Ford Ranger was not worth there time to do anything for the truck. I have been building cars for a long time and have never talked to a company that said it wasn't worth there time to do something for a vehicle.
