Hardcastles in Medford,OR
Bout 1 1/2 months ago I bought a taylor wings bedbox from Hardcastles trailer/RV acessories.
It was a very nice box and seemed flawless. But on Thursday as I was shutting the box, inside the lid ripped apart. Thats where the shocks mount to and also where the latch pins are bolted to. Pretty much rendered the box useless.
I swung by that evening an asked if they had a warrenty. They all looked at the box and were amazed as they had never had a single complaint about that brand of box before.
They told me that it was past closing time a to come back around 4-4:30pm the next day. When I came back they were waiting for me. They asked if I minded if they swapped my box for the better, $200 more expensive WeatherGuard box as it would be a few weeks before they would get another shipment of the TaylorWing's.
Needless to say I was surprised to say the least.Durring the entire time they never asked to see a reciept, never questioned how it broke or even hesitated about swapping me boxes.
They got my future business
