I've heard some mixed reviews from them but I saw they had Niteshade on sale so I thought I would give them a try. I ordered it Sunday and received it today, so no complaints in that department. I did email them about some things and never received a response, I also didn't receive anything about the item being shipped. Communication could have been better but everything else was great, I have no worries about buying from them anymore.

Just bought 06+ badges from them, if there's a problem i presume I would hear something. I'm not to worried though.

i ordered edge decals a week ago and no real response on shipping. but i emailed a question before and they were quick to reply so good on that note.

Well my 06+ Badges came in and they look great but only problem is that every little tab that sticks out on the back is broken. They were shipped UPS in a bubbled envelope. They could have easily been put it in a small box or envelope box. Not a big deal just wasn't expecting it.

I would send them back. You need those tabs to align the emblems correctly. Get what you paid for

I know I was thinking of using one on my tailgate I emailed them about it, I told them in my email that they should ship them in an envelope box or a small box they are very delicate pieces. I will wait and see what they do when they email me back.

Ya i got beef with them too. I ordered my 06 emblems about 3 weeks ago. got an auto email that says out of town will ship next week. no prob ya know everyone needs a vacation. however when they did ship, they were shipped to the wrong address and when they shipped again, im staring at the ups screen saying they were delivered to my front door. but guess what wrong! so im still empty handed. oh yea btw 3 emails and not a single response back. if your own a business i sugggest this is not how you run it. Im a firm believer in supporting local business and givin the USA guy a few more bones but this is rediculous. i wouldnt reccomend ordering from there to anyone.

how is there fault?? does ups know where i live?? No they dont. therefor if it says delivered and i dont have it. who did they deliver it to? and how did they get the address to deliver it? From them in turn their fault

and yes. i did in fact double check the shipping address that i gave them and it is correct.

Are you sure they didn't leave it somewhere around your house that you havent checked? They do that to me sometime.

you need to call UPS and file a claim with them...if the jusnes guys shipped it via UPS, once it is in UPS's hands it becomes their responsibility to deliver it on time and at the correct location.

Believe me, i just started working for UPS...thats what you have to do.

how do you know its the wrong address unless youve seen the box? also, if you have a tracking #, it may (i cant remember) tell you the address its being sent to

if you have the tracking number go talk to UPS and they can tell you where its being delivered, if you dont have it them file a claim through UPS, if it was Jusnes' fault UPS will take it up with them or let you know.

every email i have sent him they have answered me it just has taken them a day or two bc i was going to get some parts for my 06 conversion im doing

well right now im waiting on them to research it through the ups store they shipped it from. i never meant to be a dick about it just one of them days. im really more frustrated with the lack of communication. i still havent received anything from him via email.
