Decided to clean up my dads wheels for him. Started with 0000 steel wool and simichrome polish to get the rough stuff off and that got them clean, but not shiny. So I bought a powerball mini and some of the mothers power metal polish and they came out wayyyy better. First I tried the simichrome on it and it worked just ok and used a TON of polish, the mothers power metal is made to use with the powerball and works 1000 times better and lasts longer/is a big bottle.

looks good, not really keen on mothers products, i did the wheels on the vette with the powerball mini, and meguiars hot wheels mag polish

 

I have decent luck with mothers and mequiars, its all the same to me lol
