I want everyone to know that Gil did repay everyone involved with the slider testing and that he in no way tried to rip anyone off like some made it out to be earlier this year when they were not even involved.

Nah it was nothing like that.

He wanted to make a product. We fronted the money to make it happen. He kept forestalling, and we waited. Then everyone sortof forgot. Then I remembered I want my ******* money. It tooks months for me to get refunded. He was going to build two other people rock sliders still, then ended up refunding them.

I honestly don't think he ever bought the materials. I mean seriously, it'd be alot easier just to bang out some respectable rock sliders than refund people, if you have to keep the material.

But I'm fine, I got refunded.

If he refunded everyone then why even say anything further than what zach did.

I said it back then and I'll say it again. Gil is a good fella and had the best intentions. Unfortunately things didn't pan out the way he wanted to, but he's a man of his word.

As Andy above me just showed, the original poster is apparently incorrect. And in this case a full story is much better and much more truthful.

It's nice to try to gloss things over to "we got paid and now we're happy" but then people respond with "that sounds like an straight up fella to me." which is not true.
