Hi, (im not accusing anybody of ripping me off btw) I was just wondering if anybody know's xxxxcjxxxx , I bought a header panel off of him like a month ago and havent heard from him since.. Before anybody gripes about it, ive already tried PM'ing him a couple of weeks ago- no response. I cant get him on AIM either. Even tried getting his email address from the admin but no response even from him. Ive patiently waited about a month but I REALLY need it, my headlights arent seated correctly in mine(crappy aftermarket plastic one..) and have an inspection coming up SOON, so i REALLLLY need it! if you paid via paypal file a complaint they will refund you unless he provides a tracking number and even if he does they wont take his side until you get your product

what kind of inspection requires a header pannel/ something with your headlights messed up.

I don't know CJ but at this point I think you should try revoking your payment if it was on paypal so you can start looking elsewhere

 

they check your headlights out here in tx, and my headlights kinda DONT stay in! Oh and to refund payment it has to be mutual, he's not responding on ebay either, so that doesnt do me any good.

 

cant you get your money back if he's ignoring you? I thought there was some way to report it.

To get your money back in paypal, it doesn't have to be paypal. If he doesn't send you what you paid for and you send a complaint and they see him at fault they will pull whatever they can out of his paypal account.

 

he told me he has and he ignores him lol. good luck on that chris, the size you got might not fit by the time you get it

 

the thing is, i sent him his hoodie.

everyone else got theirs, and he didn't.

he is not getting another hoodie, as there are no more.

i just need to refund him his money, and take the full loss, even though it's neither of our fault he didn't receive it.

this thread, is not about me and chris' hoodie, so get this thread back on track, or i'll remove it.

he was online, and was even posting. if he does not reply to this thread w/ in the next day, i was close his account out, until your situation is resolved.

 

Also, as another followup. If you don't get your money back in a week or two, get a list of all teh sites he belongs to and make *appropriate posts* that say that he is a deadbeat person. Basically no site wants a guy who will rip off members.

Hopefully that'll get your money back, then you can just call it even.

hey just got the pm from Christian.. i have sent him a pm so our situation should be taken care of without the bashin of myself... trust me i'm not trying to scam him out of the $10 he won the headpanel for on ebay... just busy and not having my truck makes it hard to get a package to UPS thats over 4ft long around. should be in the mail tomarrow.

 

I think the main problem was that you never answered any of his emails or pm's and you still frequented the site. Just lack of response that was making him mad.
