.94 ranger splash

i am thinking about building a mid '90s ranger splash into a small summer street truck with a muscle truck kinda flair and feel to it. i found one near me that is nice and solid for $2000 canadian. i will be doing a nice drop and probably basic 302 swap with some nice bolt ons and a 5spd trans. i am looking for pictures of some of yourguys rides to use for inspiration and ideas. i am also curious to see what can be done to the front end of these things as the old grills look like ***. is it possible to do a newer style front end without major modification? will body lines match up? also interior pics would be fabulous! thanks guys

did you seriously say fabulous?

man card REVOKED!

lmao

front end swap involves swapping fenders, core support, hood, grill, header, headlights and bumper
i've looked into it.....not really worth all the trouble

i'd say find a 98+ truck...that way you don't have to change the fenders
and you'll have the IFS up front instead of the I-beams

ya i knew i would regret that one! dont worry i just slapped myself. i have not looked at the truck yet and i am not familiar with the older rangers. i have always wanted to build a sweet little muscle style truck for a daily driver that i can have a **** ton of fun with for dirt cheap. i can get a 302 out of a 93 mustang for free and trans to go with it, if it would even fit? my buddy has a set of 16" cragar classics sitting in his shed and i can get the truck sprayed for dirt cheap by a co worker. i am looking to have fun building something i can hammer on. but i do not want it to look like a pile of crap. it needs to look half presentable still
