4-spd swap with a 2-spd rear axle (from a 1 or 3-ton). Service deck with a welder and repair equipment or tow deck with under-reach & draw arm. Both could either make you money or increase the truck value.

I imagine the 390 needs a nice overhaul, or at least tune up before serious use.

Nice.
I own a '68 and '72 F250's

That looks in good shape for a cab/chasis.

Are you positive it's a 390? 360's look identical and magically become 390's on the day of sale. Stroke is like 3.75 inch on 360 and 4.1 inch on 390. Just telling you this for a heads up.

But ya a utility body or maybe even camper shell.

Mini roll back? 10'-12' roll back for 2-stroke toys.

you almost have endless possibilities.

Ah... 4wd conversion. You know there were no factory 350 4wd with the 68-72's.

Well at least I don't believe there ware any dullie 4x4's until sometime mid 70's.

i say put a 67-72 bed on it with 80-97 dually fenders or something like that. 4x4 conversion is acceptable but make it look like a factory dually with a bed (which i beleive didnt start until 1980-1896 body style)

Friggin tow rig! out a goose neck ball on that ***** and some tool boxes, maybe a welder and bottles for a torch if the budget allows.. And top it off like Zach said, 12v Cummins swap. Then I'll come buy it

I saw like an 80s Chevy 3500 today, dually 2wd, single cab, man I wish i had $1200.

I would either put a flatbed on it or get a bed for a 67-72 and put dually fenders on it. I miss my 69 :(

Bag it and drag it....Maybe some gold trim around the doors and wheelwells...Half mirror tint, half black tint....and CHUPACABRA across the back window.

4 spd with a 2 spd rear end and a dovetail flatbed on it. I've always wanted a tow rig like that...

Or do something like this because this truck is the sex...
