list of easy bolt-on OEM mods for a ranger?

is there a list of easy bolt on OEM modifications you can do to upgrade your ranger? like parts from other fords that will work on a ranger?

i know people have done the Explorer OHC but i am talking about easy mods that are bolt on and can be done in less than a hour with no cutting or wiring... installing the OHC is a nice mod but it wouldnt fall into the category as "quick and easy".

any quick and easy mods out there?

Is there something you are looking to do? Technically putting stickers on your truck is an easy, under 1 hour, no cutting modification.

And you really aren't going to find any oem parts outside of what comes in a ranger parts catalog as everything else that is bolt on isn't OEM.

well i have a '99 ranger and i guess i should have been more specific.. by easy mods i meant things such as this: things like taillights... the '10 rangers have nicer looking taillights than my '99 did (with the amber) i understand that you can swap them, you just need to reverse the wiring, right?

or any other updated items that came on newer rangers that will fit on older ones...
