It is my understanding that the mud flaps don't come on the Rangers from the factory but are put on by the dealership. It seems that they put them on 4WD but not the 2WD.

Good find on the mud flaps as I've been searching high and low to find a matching set for my Ranger. The local Ford dealers here don't stock or list any front flaps anymore. Not sure why though unless low sales or the Ranger being discontinued.

The web page has flaps for 2010 Rangers with or without flares. I think "with flares" are referring to 4WD Rangers with the plastic flares. Right?

I think I need to order the ones without flares.

I just installed some front flaps on my 2010 today. Wish I had those nice Ford ones, I just bought some other ones from Advanced Auto. Was a pain to install with the tire in the way and having to drill in holes...

I know how to use a truck...while at the same time not beating the **** out of the body. I guess there is a difference down south.

You got the flat ones right? I wanted the molded ones my self. Also I'm not too crazy drilling my truck either but it looks like I must If I'm going to have flaps.

My 2010 didn't come with mounting brackets. A friend has a 2002 Edge and his had brackets. Yep I'm interested!!!
