Mine had been weakend already from being yanked out of a hole at Pismo. It's actually good that it had a breaking point, it saved my frame and my head the stress because when the bumper folded, it cushioned the impact a bit (airbag never deployed).

If I had the bumper here with me (forgot to put it in my wallet this morning lol) I could get you some dimensions, but other than than just call around to shops and ask people what they did; sometimes they won't tell you just to get you in there but you shoud be able to find some somewhere.

It actually moves really fast (that's why I spend most of my time over there), but it was poorly marketed putting it on there, most people on DR go custom and have shops build full bumpers for them or just do it themselves.
