Anyone know the location of the HCU in a 94 ford ranger?

I have brake pedal pressure with the car off, but as soon as I start it the pedal goes straight to the floor. I had a line break (don't ask), and I'm trying to figure out how to bleed them or what is wrong.

Trace the rear brake line forward along the left rail until you find the RABS Proportioning Valve Switch Assembly up near the engine/trans. It is controlled by the RABS Module in the dash.

Can you bleed it without that breakerbox thing?
