Bug Deflector For '04 Ranger Edge

I am looking for a Bug Deflector for my truck but I don't want to buy one before I see it installed on a similar truck. Anyone have any pictures or suggestions? I just don't want to ruin the look of my truck by putting some retarded bug guard on. Thanks!

Cool. I will be looking for one shortly. Is that mounted with double sided sticky foam?

nope.. it screws into where the weather stripping is screwed in under the hood. I am very meticulous with my truck and dont recommend double sided tape.

Ford sells them also, that is where I got mine. There do not screw into the hood, they use the plastic screws that spread the backside of them open when you push them in. Nice thing is there are no holes to drill with the Ford one, it uses all of the existing holes that are there.

Yeah I really didn't want to put a bug shield on if it mounted with double sided foam or something like that. I like the idea of it screwing in. Thanks for everyones help.

the AVS doesn't require drilling either. Or at least not for the model that fits the '04 ranger.

SniperSmurf is correct. The AVS uses the factory holes under hood.
