overheating issues -.-

ok i have done all i can do to fix my overheating issue, let me start by sayin it only overheats when i run the a/c for about 10 mins (besides my a/c normally getting warmer by then) my temp gauge climbs from the half mark to about 3/4 the way down, i turn off the a/c and the temp will slowly return to normal. i also towed a trailer about 40 miles and if i went to pass someone it would also climb to 3/4 mark (without runnin the a/c) and would let the truck settle into gear and turn on the heater, which would again slowly return the temp to normal...
within the past month i have done trial and error and nothings worked, from replacing the thermostat (even went to a 180 from a 195 thinking that would help), hoses, fan clutch, flushes, changed coolant measurements, addictives, and still cant figure out why this keeps happening, now recently a friend told me that there are different radiators the rangers use with a thicker fins, i bought this one about 8 months ago after my last one took a crap, i would say i have been havin the issues since summer has arrived abd didnt know there would be a difference, can someone confirm this for me? also maybe might have the same issue that i am or can think of something else

I had a similar issue for awhile, but mine was drinking the water... It was disappearing and couldn't find a single trace of it. I finally just let it show itself - took about 6 months though... The thermostat housing had a small leak on it that finally just let go one afternoon... nice river flowing down the front pass side ... got a new one from ford and all the extra crap with it + a belt and other odds and ends and all said and done fixed it for under $150....

Only thing really left is the water pump.

Did you do a body lift and leave the fan shroud off the radiator?

I was gonna say thermostat or partially plugged radiator. You said they've been replaced. Now, how is that fan clutch? Is it locking like it should when hot and allowing flow through the radiator? What about an electric auxiliary fan? Does it come on when A/C is on or when the engine reaches hotter than normal temperatures (what is it in these trucks? 210*F? 220*F? these have a 190*F thermostat, right?). Once the truck cools, take the radiator cap off and make sure that you see the coolant flow past the filler neck. If the coolant looks like there is no movement or very little, suspect clogged system/pump.
