Truck sat 1+ year - rough and won't idle
2002 3.0 MFI 5spd 45k miles , It was running great took it on a 1500 mile trip then took it to the store a few times then it sat for 3-4 months.
After this I went to start it and the battery was dead (duh) charged it but it did not want to start, seemed like it wasn't getting fuel.
The fuel pump was dead. fast forward a year and I have taken the bed off replaced the fuel pump and filter flushed the lines replaced the spark plugs and oil and filters also. Checked the spark wires for resistance and they are within spec. Also they are matched to the correct plugs too.
Took me a bit but I got her to start up but she is not happy.
There is a knocking sound that seems to come from the transmission area. Louder under the truck near the hole in the transmission casing.
Also she doesn't like to idle and throttle response is bad.
She wasn't throwing up a check engine light for me the first 2-3 times i started her up, now she is so I'm gona see if one of the auto stores will lend me the OBD tool.
What are some ideas?
I'm betting the code is gona be a misfire and maybe a lean code.

OK got the codes
P1131
P1151
P0122
P0136
So where do I start with the O2 sensor failure? I've already checked the intake from the box to the Throttle body and see nothing as far as an obstruction.
Kinda hard to take it just sitting there caused all this :(

**********NOTICE THIS TESTING WAS DONE INCORRECTLY LOOK AT NEXT POST*************
Ok so i tested my TPS correctly i think .
well i think i had the contacts backwards so the negatives are well yeah.
So with the gas all the way out my voltage read -4.12
and this was with having the top 2 wires probed. gas all the way in was -.37
with the bottom two wires probed it was -0.87 and -4.61
I slowly moved the Throttle from closed to open and back to closed and noticed a nice smooth increase/decrease of numbers, on both the above tests.
I also did an ohms test.
bottom 2 probed first gas out 2.44 (20k scale) and gas in 9.84
top 2 probed no reading for gas out and gas in was 2.46 (20k scale)
I put the gas all the way in and let up on it slowly and the highest reading I got was 17.39 which was still pressed in quite a bit.
I tested the ohms by slowly moving in and back out for both the above and the first one got a nice smooth transition the second one was smooth till 17 but the numbers moved really fast.
So is this sensor Bad?
I would think it would be, I thought throttle closed should be around 1 volt and WOT around 5 give or take.
If I did it wrong let me know so I can redo it. Thanks

Ok so i re read the write up and figured out i did it wrong so
This is with red wire from MM hooked to middle wire on TPS.
and black com wire hooked to the battery negative terminal.
the closed position reads .89 and WOT reads 4.61
My ref voltage reads 5.03
the range from closed to open and back are still smooth.
Is this out of spec? i thought spec was .5-1.0 and 4.5-5.0
so if this is in spec what else can cause the computer to throw this code up?
