Bought a 2011 Ranger. At 67 miles the transmission needed to be pulled. Apparently several bolts inside that should have got some type of sealant coating didn't...the result was a pool of AT fluid on my driveway. Now at 2700 miles, my 02 senor needed replaced. I'm holding my breath for the engine light to come on once again...

 

yea someone else with a 2011 has had the same troubles. as long as its warranty, its ok

 

That sucks... hopefully it gets better from here!

 

take it too the dealer it will all be covered. I've seen too many 2011's with issues ford i think cut corners on the last ranger IMO

 

Yea, like what are they gonna loose their jobs because they built friday afternoon trucks?

 

Yeah take it back. Or try and get gap insurance on it just in case.
