FORD SPORT TRAC SEAT WIRING

Hoping someone can help me wire up my new 2004 sport trac seats into my ranger. Does anyone have a clue what wires are what? I can see where the seat plugs into the stock harness but could really use a diagram rather than try to figure it out

Cut and paste from a conversation with Pedro the banned.

"Oh lol. Interior semi-tech the top thread is about wiring seats. Post saying I'm banned but say black/white is power and solid black is ground. Need 30A inline fuse and he's good to go. I know he prob pm'd me because he did before buying the seats."

Sorry, his screen name is 99offroadrngr. I think he said you two have talked before.

I'm a little confused how to actually wire this seat.. I had 98 explorer seats like most everyone uses in my old ranger and it was just a simple (+) and (-) hook up.. Im not sure what to do with this plug and what to hook up where. Any guidance would be much appreciated
