Throttle body or lower intake manifold?

The intake manifold does have coolant passages to pass coolant from one head to the other, and yes it can leak coolant into air passages which would be sucked into engine.

How did you test for blown head gasket?
Usually first sign is overflow tank full to the top and over heating.
Cylinder pressure(600+PSI) is pushed into cooling system(18PSI) where head gasket has failed, this over pressurizes rad cap(18PSI) and it sends coolant out to overflow tank, once enough coolant has been sent out engine overheats.
