New booster, master cylinder,calipers and rear wheel cylinders. Any thought iwould really appreciated

 

Air in the brakes lines. Could have a leaking brake line?

 

I have all ready bled the system and there are no leaks in the lines

 

I'm having the same problem all new brake lines, caliper, master cylinder, booster, keep trying to bleed and getting no air, still have a pedal that goes almost to the floor

 

If you have 4 wheel abs, then its possible to get air into the hydraulic control unit, which requires special tools in order to bleed all the air out.

 

Did you check all the fittings to see that they are tight? High spots in the systems may allow air in but not necessarily let fluid out. Also if your gravity bleeding then it could be the leak only shows up under pressure also could be bad parts those remans and even the new parts now a days aren't what they used to be.

 

The only question I have is if there was air in the hcu, wouldn't the valve shut not allowing fluid to pass, I am getting fluid at all 4 bleeders?

 

I acquired a 97 Ranger with that problem, no brakes. Replaced master cylinder, rear cylinders, rear shoes, and rear brake "springs and stuff." During bleeding the rear had No fluid leaving the left rear cylinder. Then notice brake fluid "welling up" and out of the "cruise control cutoff switch," mounted to the end of the master cylinder on top. Replaced it (OReileys $28), finished the bleed, brakes work now. That item was my "final fix."

Other possibilities with yours is air or a leak somewhere else that you haven't found yet.

 

Did you adjust the rear drum brakes properly?

 

Did I adjust the rear drums properly? Well, simple answer is Yes. I adjusted the star wheel thingy brake adjuster till I felt brake pad resistance then stopped on both wheels. Silly me then set the parking brake and released it. Found that the passenger side park brake was hanging up a ton so I backed that side off lots. Truck drivable this way. Later (today) had the drums turned true again AND ordered a new Park Brake Cable for passenger side. After getting/installing that I will finish adjusting the drum(s) properly. Among other truck problems, I think I'm on the right track with the brakes. Brakes work (even though not adjusted "right") and I have confidence that the brakes will work when I step on the pedal.
