Body Lift vs Suspension Lift
Body lifts will allow you to fit larger tires. suspension isnt touched, and you dont get any real performance gains. You'll have a bit more ground clearance if you install larger then stock tires, but thats about it. A good choice if you dont wheel too hard and are satisfied with your existing suspension setup.
suspension lifts are more expensive, but will allow you to fit larger tires as well as gain additional suspension travel and more ground clearance. It all translates to better performance offroad and increased durability over stock parts (usually)

Body loft keeps the center of gravity lower, more balance, Suspension Lift is higher.
Body l fit you gain nothing but larger tire no additional off road clearance and you have frame to body gaps you need to address.
