Brakes still squeaky

I changed my front pads and rotors about a month ago because both were pretty much shot. I am still getting a lot of squeaking from them though. Any ideas what could be causing this? I tried cleaning them down really good with brake cleaner. My rear drums are squeaking, but I know they are dirty. I am just unsure of why my front brakes are still making so much noise. I use Wagner Thermo-quiet brakepads.

Since they are new rotors and new pads the squeak is most likely coming from the metal to metal contact on the back or sides of the brake pads.
Most new pads come with a tube of "glue" which you apply to the back of the pads where they contact the caliper piston and support bracket.

If you put new pads on old rotors then it can take a few weeks for the old pad material to be worn off the old rotors.

I put new pads as well as new rotors on. I did take the lube and put it on the back of the pads. I didn't put it on the sides though. As weird as it seems, the brakes seem to squeak more when I am turning my wheel hard.
