2000 Ford ranger 3.0.I fill tank and it usually reads 1/2,i'll be driving and it gradually falls below E.I stopped and shut key off and back on it reads 1/2 again.Now this gauge will fall as i use gas etc like normal but then it starts this foolishness.I did have it go above F on a refill 1 day.It usually shows just 1/2 of what the tank contains.Any help would be great.Maybe float has a leak? Anybody know which pump goes in this truck?
